PRESS RELEASE
Agreement with the Government of Bangladesh :
=======================
The Board of Directors of Cambridge Energy Waste Management is pleased to announce that our Chairman, Peter Partos, has returned from Dhaka, Bangladesh after completing successful meetings with the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) in regard to a project to develop a 300 MW (mega watt) power plant. This plant will produce electricity on a rental basis for the BPDB.
The project will require Cambridge Energy Waste Management and its associates to construct and operate a 300 mw power plant on a site in Bangladesh with the location to be determined at a later date. All the electricity produced by the plant will be purchased by Bangladesh and the payments will commence within 30 days of the plant becoming operational. The Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) carries with it a government guarantee and the contract will have a Take-or-Pay provision; that is, the government will pay for a specific amount of power to be produced, whether they “take” it or not. At the same time, if power is produced and utilized in an amount greater than specified, then Cambridge will receive additional fees.
The project will bring a significant cash flow to Cambridge Energy Waste Management. Also, the demand for power in Bangladesh continues to grow and we envision additional projects once this contract is effected.

e-mail you the Letter oif Award in a day or two.We have
to furnish the Performance security within two weeks which
is being arranged by DEL with the help of the guarantees

be to purchase the land and start moving.
Sorry, so many things at a time but I must keep you informed.
